SAVANNAH - Ms. Janice Laverne Brown, age 60 passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 28, 2021 at Candler Hospital. She was a native of Savannah and educated in the public schools. She was a 1979 graduate of Savannah High School. She worked at Best Cleaners for many years. She is preceded in death by her mother, Mary Lou Johnson, son-in-law, Javar Gardner. Janice leaves to cherish her memories, Philip Smith (Marquita), Lakesha Larry, Lucius Larry (Brittany Starr), and Stephon Brown; her father, Leroy Brown; brother, Kenneth Brown, 9 grandchildren, aunt Virginia Johnson, nieces, nephews, several other aunts, uncles, and cousins; best friend, Louise Trippio, and many friends.
