SAVANNAH - Mr. James Westly Kelly, Jr., age 63 died Monday, June 13, 2022 at Memorial Health University Medical Center. He was born in Savannah, Ga. He was the son of the late James Kelly Sr. and Jessie Lee Thomas Kelly. He was educated in the local schools and attended Herschel V. Jenkins High School. He was the founder and owner of "All In One Lawn Care". Kelly will be greatly missed by his loving family.
