SAVANNAH - Mr. Charles Franklin Smith "Boogie" 70 passed away Thursday, September 18, 2014 at Candler Hospital. He attended Beach High School and worked in the dietary department at Memorial Medical Center for many years. He is survived by: two sisters, Betty V. Williams and Anna Deloris Walker (Isaac), both of Savannah; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Graveside Service will be 11:00 am Saturday, September 27, 2014 at Whitehall Cemetery in Garden City. 2 Main Street, Garden City, GA 31408 S Coastal Hwy/GA 25 (Cross Streets: Main & Bourne Street) Just pass the Georgia Ports Administration Building, enter at GATE 5.
